The special Karvatkati and Karvati motifs are what these crafts are known for. Supplying products for export, designers, and
on-demand, they make a versatile amount of products. With a simple pit loom installed in every household, one sees families working towards producing different designs and creating a livelihood. Mumbai and Nagpur being the major centers for the craft, the Handloom Corporation, such as Indhryani, etc. promote the craft further.
